Mitsubishi Inverter alarm history confirmation and clearance
Published:2023-03-02 16:06:39
When the FR-CS80 converter detects an anomaly, it will display fault information or alarm in the operation panel according to the abnormal content, or maintain functional action and block the output of the converter. When maintaining functional action, please deal with the cause of its action and then reset the frequency converter, and then start working. Direct restart of operation without corresponding treatment may lead to problems or damage of frequency converter.
[Maintenance of functional action, please pay attention to the following points]
1. When the abnormal output signal is used to maintain the function, if the electromagnetic contactor (MC) set on the input side of the converter is disconnected, the control power of the converter will be lost and the abnormal output cannot be maintained.
2. Abnormal appearance
After maintenance function action, abnormal content will appear in the operation panel.
3. Relaunch method
After the maintenance operation, the frequency converter will continue to output discontinued state. As long as the need to restart the frequency converter reset.
[Abnormal display type of frequency converter]
1. Fault information
For operation faults or setting faults of operation panel or parameter unit, relevant information will be displayed. The frequency converter does not block the output.
2. Alarm
Even if the alarm appears in the operation panel, the frequency converter will not block the output, but if the method is not adopted, it may cause serious problems.
3. Minor faults
The frequency converter does not block the output. After parameter setting can output light fault (LF) signal.
4. Heavy problems
After maintenance operation, the inverter output is blocked and abnormal (ALM) signal is output.
[Recognition and eradication of history before reporting to police]
Can be stored in the operation panel in the past 8 maintenance function action when the notification abnormal content of the alarm. (pre-report history)
First, the method of admitting the history before the alarm
*1 When an overcurrent trip occurs due to a short moment of overcurrent, the current supervised value stored in the history before the alarm is sometimes lower than the actual current value. *2 Add up the power on time and the actual operation time from 0 to 65535h, and then add up again from 0 after clearing.
Second, the eradication process of history before the alarm
1. The screen when the power is switched on
The monitor appears.
2. Form of parameter setting
Press the SET key to switch to parameter setting mode.
3. Parameter selection
Press the SET key twice to display the next parameter.
