Reduce Schneider inverter interference measures

(1) Inductance and capacitance are added on the input side of Schneider inverter to form LC filtering network.
(2) The power line of Schneider inverter is directly supplied from the transformer side.
(3) If conditions permit, a separate transformer can be selected.
(4) When external switching control terminal is used, shielding cable is recommended when the connecting line is long. When the control line and the main circuit power supply are buried in the trench, in addition to the control line it is necessary to use shielded cable, the main circuit line is necessary to use steel pipe shielded wire, reduce mutual interference, prevent the wrong action of frequency converter.
(5) When using external analog control terminal control, if the connecting line is within 1M, use shielded cable to connect, and implement a point of grounding on the side of the frequency converter; If the line is long and the field interference is severe, it is suggested to install DC/DC blocking module on the side of the converter or choose V/F conversion and choose frequency command given mode for control.
(6) When external communication control terminals are used for control, it is recommended to use shielded twisted pair cables and ground the shielding layer on the side of the frequency converter (PE). If the interference is very serious, it is recommended to connect the shielding layer to the control power source (GND). As for RS232 communication mode, pay attention to the control line should not exceed 15m as far as possible. If it is extended, it is necessary to reduce the baud rate of communication accordingly. When it is about 100m, the baud rate of normal communication is less than 600bps. Regarding RS485 communication, it is necessary to consider the terminal matching resistance. On the selection of fieldbus high-speed control system, communication cable is necessary to choose special cable, and choose the way of multi-point grounding, to improve the reliability.
