Beijing Zhongping Team Building Activity — Embracing Nature

While the warmth of the mid-year meeting still lingered,the partners of Beijing Zhongping eagerly immersed themselves in a team-building journey filled with rustic charm and laughter!Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city,we set out for the Green Valley Camp in the suburbs of Beijing to embrace nature,unleash energy,and strengthen camaraderie.

　On July 12,at 8 a.m.,employees gathered punctually and boarded the bus to Green Valley Camp.During the journey,games organized by the tour guide quickly energized 

everyone.Through these activities,interactions among employees became more frequent,relationships grew closer,and a solid foundation was laid for the upcoming team-building

 activities.

　　Upon arriving at Green Valley Camp,the fruit-picking activity became the first step for everyone to unwind and connect with nature.Amidst the peach orchards and

 cornfields,everyone weaved through the rows,selecting the plumpest fruits.Throughout the process,mutual assistance and shared laughter filled the air.After picking,everyone 

gathered their harvest and began a delightful picnic.The aroma of roasted corn and the taste of delicious snacks allowed everyone to fully savor the leisurely moments.

Following the picnic,the exciting game session officially kicked off.The"Frisbee Tic-Tac-Toe"tested everyone’s skill and precision,the"Ball Relay"demanded seamless teamwork,and the"Bean Bag Game"was both fun and challenging.Each team gave their all in the competitions,showcasing strong team spirit and competitive spirit.After intense  competition,the"Eagle Team"stood out with their outstanding performance and secured victory.

In the evening,the roasted whole lamb feast and bonfire party brought the team-building activities to a climax.The delicious roasted lamb delighted everyone’s taste buds,while the talent performances by employees during dinner were a dazzling array of singing,dancing,and recitations.These displays revealed a different side of colleagues.At the bonfire party,everyone held hands,danced in a circle around the fire,and the joyous atmosphere enveloped each person.In that moment,everyone forgot the fatigue of work and wholeheartedly embraced the happiness brought by the team.

  On July 13,the team-building activities drew to a close.Everyone visited Beijing’s Shilinxia Scenic Area to experience the marvels of nature.The stunning colors of the Colorful Pools captivated visitors,who stopped to admire and take photos.Following the scenic trail,everyone marveled at the majestic Nine-Sky Waterfall,the unique formations of the Northern Stone Forest,and the breathtaking views of the perilous peaks.Iconic sights such as the"First Drum of China,""First Olympic Gong,"and"First Bell of Ancient and Modern Times"immersed everyone in a rich cultural ambiance.The highlight,however,was reaching the summit of Dragon King Mountain and conquering the world’s first suspended titanium alloy glass"UFO"Observation Deck,offering an unparalleled thrill and awe-inspiring experience.

　The mid-year meeting reached consensus and charted the course;

　　The rustic charm of Green Valley unleashed passion and deepened bonds;

　　The ascent of Shilinxia challenged limits and broadened horizons.

　　This mid-year meeting and team-building activity allowed employees of Beijing Zhongping to grow through reflection and unite through shared experiences.We believe that
